Step 2: Fill Out the Application Form

Open the PDF using any PDF editor (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Edge, or any online tool). Complete all required fields with accurate information.

Step 3: Save the Edited PDF

After filling out the form, save the document as "YourName_Application.pdf" to ensure proper identification.

Step 4: Submit the Application

Send the completed application CV and supporting documents to the official email address:

Step 5: Payment of University Fee

After successful document verification, candidates must proceed with the payment of 50% of the university fees. Payment details will be shared upon confirmation.

Duration of the Program

The duration of the Professional PhD by Publication (PPP) program depends on the candidates' research progress and publication milestones, generally ranging from 6 to 8 months.

Research and Publications

Title Selection: Candidates choose a single title and develop four specific objectives.

Publication Process:

• Objective-based Papers: Candidates are required to publish four individual papers, each focused on one of the specified objectives.
• Integration Paper: Furthermore, candidates must publish a fifth paper that consolidates and synthesizes the findings from all four previously published papers.

Mentorship and Guidance

Candidates receive support from academic mentors and advisors who assist with research planning, publication strategies, and preparation for the oral defence.

Review and Award Process

The university committee, in collaboration with the supervisor, will assess the publications and award the degree upon successful completion of the required publications.

Types of Publications Accepted

Candidates in the PPP program have the option to publish in the following:

• Peer-Reviewed Journals
• UGC Approved Journals
• UGC CARE Listed Journals
• Printed Journals
• Any other Indexed Journals

These publications must make a meaningful contribution to the candidate's field of study and uphold high academic standards.

Submission of Comprehensive Application Form

After publishing the required papers, candidates are required to submit a detailed application form that includes information on all their publications.

Invitation for Convocation Ceremony

Candidates will be invited to attend the convocation ceremony if one is scheduled in their country of residence.
